Upon termination of your Account for cause, aavip88 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account. Real-money funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to aavip88.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting aavip88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following completion of the closure process and applicable verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
